            8-inch TPU scaffold casters with 38mm OD tube stem are equipped with total lock brakes. This is a scaffold caster specially designed for the standing and short-distance movement of construction scaffolding equipment. 440-1100lbs load capacity per caster, features an easy to engage total locks that locks both wheel and swivel and allow easy locking and repositioning. SCAIA-200050R-93 series scaffold caster has the characteristics of scientific design, convenient operation and safe use.
            WandaTool's SCAIA tube type scaffold castors are designed to accommodate a variety of scaffold tubing including Mild Steel or Aluminium 
	with an inside diameter of 40mm.
            Featured 8 inch 38mm OD Tube stem scaffold caster with TPU wheel
            ?	Caster Housing: The housing is made of high-quality pressed steel and double-sided welding to upper raceway way, which can withstand high load environment.  Formed rig is stronger than welded design.
            ?	Mounting and Swivel Cross Section: 38mm OD and 32mm ID tube type scaffolding caster. Pressed steel double ball raceway swivel. King bolt and nut construction for added strength.
            ?	Swivel head sealed: Polyurethane seal ring keeps out debris.
            ?	Total lock brake: Easy to engage total locks that locks both wheel and swivel and allow easy locking and repositioning.
            ?	Lubrication: Zerk in swivel section and wheel for easy lubrication.
            ? Polyurethane on Polypropylene Wheel: This polyurethane wheel has excellent properties where wash-down of material handling equipment is required. Tread is mechanically locked to an injection molded polymer core to prevent separation. Polyurethane wheels offer greater load capacity than rubber. They offer excellent floor protection. These wheels resist chemicals, acids, caustics and oils.
            ?	Bearing & Axle: Standard straight roller bearing with drilled hardened steel spanner bushing and plastic side retaining thrust washers. 12.5mm diameter wheel solid axle complete with lock nut.
            ?	Lubrication: Zerk in swivel section and wheel for easy lubrication.
